I see acting as doing under imaginary circumstances from one unanticipated moment to the next. It is not about being, but about doing, because who we are is revealed through our actions.

Acting lives in impulse, in response, in the courage to step forward without knowing what comes next.

An actor’s talent is made of imagination, sensitivity, and lived experience—the private, human details that shape how we move through the world—along with a fully awake body and a free, expressive voice.

When all of this is alive and engaged, truth can emerge, moment by moment.
